This Privacy Policy explains how Killer Silver Tattoo Studio LLC ("Killer Silver Tattoo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit killersilvertattoo.com, book an appointment, or visit our studio at 34 Garth Rd, Scarsdale, NY 10583.
This policy covers Killer Silver Tattoo Studio only. Killer Silver Ink (killersilver.com) and REBEL Tattoo Equipment (rebeltattoomachine.com) are operated by Killer Silver Ltd., a separate company, and are each covered by their own privacy policy.

Information you provide to us:
- Contact details — name, email, and phone number — submitted through forms on our Appointment, Contact, or Deals pages
- Details about the tattoo you're interested in, including any reference photos you choose to send us
- Booking and scheduling information provided through Square, our online booking platform
- Identification and contact information collected in person at the studio as part of our Tattoo Release Form, required before any tattoo session
- Anything else you share with us by phone, email, or in person
Information collected automatically:
- Basic website usage data, such as pages visited and general device or browser type, collected through standard website analytics and cookies
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and schedule appointments
- Process deposits and payments through Square
- Confirm your identity and age before any tattoo session
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders, and — if you've opted in — promotional emails about deals, flash events, and studio updates
- Maintain accurate business and health & safety records, as required by New York State tattoo regulations
- Improve our website and the way we serve our clients
4. Booking, Deposits & Payment Processing
Appointments are booked and deposits are processed through Square, a third-party booking and payment platform. When you book online, Square collects and processes your payment information directly — Killer Silver Tattoo does not store your full card number. Square's own privacy policy governs how it handles that information.
All deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your total tattoo cost, as outlined on our Appointment page.
5. Email Communications
If you provide your email address — through a booking, a website form, or by opting in directly — we may send you appointment-related messages and, if you've opted in, marketing emails about flash deals, promotions, and studio updates. These messages are sent using Sender.net, our email service provider.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by contacting us directly. Appointment-related messages, like confirmations and reminders, aren't promotional and may continue as part of scheduling your visit.
6. Cookies & Website Analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to help it function properly and to understand, in general terms, how visitors use the site. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some website functionality.
7. Age Verification & Identification
Killer Silver Tattoo requires a valid, government-issued photo ID from every client before any tattoo service — no exceptions, regardless of parental consent. All clients must be 18 years of age or older.
Your ID is checked in person by our staff to confirm your identity and age. Identifying information required for our Tattoo Release Form is retained as part of our client and health & safety records, consistent with New York State tattoo regulations.
8. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business, including:
- Square, for appointment booking and payment processing
- Sender.net, for email communications — only if you've opted in or booked with us
- Our website hosting and form-management providers, to operate killersilvertattoo.com
We may also share information if required by law, or to protect the safety of our clients, staff, or studio.
9. Data Retention
We retain client and business records — including Tattoo Release Forms — for as long as necessary to meet our business, health & safety, and legal recordkeeping obligations. Website form submissions are kept as part of our normal business records unless you request deletion (see Your Rights & Choices below).
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No website, payment processor, or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.
11. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of marketing communications. To make a request, contact us at [email protected] or 646.300.9545. We'll respond as required by applicable law.
Some information — such as records required for health & safety or tax purposes — may need to be retained even after a deletion request, as permitted or required by law.
12. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and no tattoo services are provided to minors under any circumstance, including with parental consent.
